You'll find us behind Bucky's Automotive, with our parking lot flowing directly into theirs. If our lot is full, additional parking is available across 310th Street, directly behind 7-Eleven.

For more complex color corrections, a consultation is recommended before booking to ensure we understand your hair history, goals, and the best approach for your hair.

Balayage is a freehand technique that creates softer, more natural-looking dimension with a gradual transition from darker roots to lighter ends. Foiliage combines the two techniques, using foils with a balayage approach to create brighter, more dimensional results while maintaining a softer, blended look. We offer all three techniques and will recommend the best approach based on your hair, desired result, and maintenance preferences.

These services reduce frizz and styling time, with results lasting anywhere from two weeks to several months, depending on the treatment and your hair. We offer haircuts for women, men, and children 12 and under, curly cuts, plus bang trims. All cuts include a shampoo, blow dry, and style.

We understand that life happens and will always approach unexpected situations with understanding and care. When you book an appointment, that time is reserved specifically for you. Last-minute cancellations and missed appointments can prevent us from offering that time to another guest and impact our team members who have prepared for your visit.

We ask that you provide as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. If unexpected circumstances arise, please communicate with us as soon as possible so we can determine the best way to handle the situation. If an appointment is missed without notice or there is a pattern of last-minute cancellations, The Hair Lounge may require additional booking measures to help protect our team’s schedules. After a first occurrence, we will provide a reminder of our cancellation policy. Continued missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may require a deposit for future bookings.

If a deposit is required for future appointments, the following terms apply: - 48+ hours’ notice: Deposit is fully refunded. - 24–48 hours’ notice: 50% of the deposit may be retained. - Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: The full deposit may be retained. - If we are able to fill the appointment time with another guest, the deposit may be refunded.
